All school activities are to be recorded here (excluding Sporting Schools which is recorded seperately)
DRACADEMY is seperate to DRAGON PASS - 30 day (come & try)
All participants must be recorded here with the following information:
- name (first name and last name)
- gender identify
- DOB - mandatory year (for data collection)
- email address
DRACADEMY PASS - relates to school activities. Schools need to be recorded seperately for data collection
All participants must still sign a waiver form acknowledging they are participating a water sport and they agree for any images/video taken for promotional purposes can be used.
