The AusChamps Organising Committee have organised PFD's for paddlers to hire if they do not have their own. These PFD's are on loan from DBACT, DBV and the Victorian clubs. If you are hiring PFD's at club level, clubs will need to determine the number of PFDs they require, noting that multiple crews may be racing and/or marshalling at the one time. Hire fees are set out as below:

Senior Days plus State Day: $15 per person/per PFD

Premiers/Juniors plus State Day: $15 per person/per PFD

Whole event: $25 per person/per PFD

PFD's will be collected and returned at the race site. A bond of $100 per club/or individual must also be paid. The bond will be refunded within one week once all PFD's hired by the club or individual are returned in the condition in which they were hired.

Clubs/Individuals that hire PFDs will need to email their bank account details to info@ausdbf.com.au to ensure their bond can be returned.
